- College Student Paper Info and application

The Delaware Valley Engineers Week Committee of the Engineers’ Club of Philadelphia, on behalf of the Philadelphia Engineering Foundation, seeks submissions for their 30^th annual Student Paper Competition. Certificates of award and monetary prizes will be offered for technical and/or engineering-related papers written by engineering undergraduates. Papers will be considered in two categories:

• Freshman and Sophomores
• Juniors and Seniors

All Paper Award recipients are recognized at the Delaware Valley Engineers Week Awards and Proclamation Luncheon, which will be held Friday, February 17 at the DoubleTree Philadelphia in Center City. All recipients and one guest will receive complimentary tickets; additional tickets can purchased.

In addition, all paper award recipients will be given an opportunity to share their paper at a poster session as part of the Luncheon.

All award recipients will be asked to provide some additional information and an electronic photograph (headshot) for publicity purposes.

A completed Student Paper Questionnaire MUST be submitted for each paper. In the case of team efforts, a sheet for each student is required.

Deadline for paper submission is Monday, November 21, 2011.
