Outstanding Math, Science, and Engineering Teachers Nomination Forms (pdf)

The Philadelphia Engineering Foundation, in conjunction with the Delaware Valley Engineers Week Committee of the Engineers’ Club of Philadelphia, administers the Outstanding Math, Science, and Engineering Teacher Awards as part of the celebration of Delaware Valley Engineers Week. One math, one science, and one engineering teacher, teaching in grades 6-12 in the Delaware Valley*, will be recognized.

Submittal Process and Questions

Applications must be returned no later than Wednesday, December 7, 2016.

Mail or E-Mail both pages of the completed application, with attachments, to: Ernest R. Hanna, PE; c/o GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc.; 501 Office Center Drive, Fort Washington, PA 19034. Correspondence from the DVEW Committee will be via e-mail.

Recognition

The award recipients are recognized at the Awards Luncheon on Friday, February 17, 2017 at the DoubleTree Hotel Philadelphia. The recipients and one guest will receive complimentary tickets; additional tickets can be purchased. The recipients of this award will be asked to provide some electronic photographs and a short bio for publicity purposes.
