Outstanding Math, Science, and Engineering Teachers Nomination Forms (pdf)

The Philadelphia Engineering Foundation, in conjunction with the Delaware Valley Engineers Week Committee of the Engineers’ Club of Philadelphia, administers the Outstanding Math, Science, and Engineering Teacher Awards as part of the celebration of Delaware Valley Engineers Week.   One math, one science, and one engineering teacher, teaching in grades 6-12 in the Delaware Valley, will be recognized.

Submittal Process and Questions

Applications must be returned no later than Wednesday, December 6, 2017 (This is a two page form and is also available at www.dvewc.org in a form that can be filled out on the computer, saved and then submitted.)

Mail or E-Mail both pages of the completed application, with attachments, to: Ernest R. Hanna, PE; c/o GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc.; 1515 Market Street, Suite 945, Philadelphia, PA, 19102.  Correspondence from the DVEW Committee will be via e-mail.

Recognition

The award recipients are recognized at the Awards Reception on Thursday, February 22, 2018. The recipients and one guest will receive complimentary tickets; additional tickets can be purchased.  The recipients of this award will be asked to provide some electronic photographs and a short bio for publicity purposes.
